View Invoices & Payments
Download our mobile app powered by Canopy from the Google Play or iOS App Store.
Follow the prompts to log in using the same email address you registered with.
We recommend setting a 4-digit security passcode and Face ID when prompted to restrict app access in case you lose your device.
On the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, select the 'Billing' icon.
From here, you will be able to toggle between viewing invoices, payments, and your saved payment methods (referred to as your digital "wallet").
Add a Default Payment Method
Recurring services are automatically billed against the default payment method on file.
Within the Billing module, select the 'Wallet' tab to view all saved payment methods.
To add a new account, click the 'Add payment method' button on the bottom.
Choose your account type (ACH Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card)
Enter your account details, then click 'Save.'
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept ACH transfers, Apple Pay, and debit/credit card payments.
A $0.20 + 2.95% processing fee applies for all debit/credit card payments.
Making a Payment
Within the Billing module, click the 'Invoices' tab
Select the 'Make a payment' button, then select the invoice(s) you'd like to pay
Enter the amount you'd like to pay, then press 'Continue'
Choose the date you want the payment to be processed and one of your saved payment methods, or click 'Use another payment method' to add a new one, then press 'Continue' again
Verify the invoice payment details are accurate, then select 'Confirm and pay'
